HARRIS, Judge. Appellant was convicted of grand larceny and sentenced to a term of seven (7) years in the penitentiary. At arraignment he was represented by a court-appointed lawyer and pleaded not guilty. Retained counsel represented him at the trial. After conviction he sought and obtained a free transcript. This court appointed counsel to represent appellant on this appeal and he filed a brief.
